Vila Mamolesco is a spacious design villa that is perfect for 1 or 2 families or a group of up to 8 people. Thanks to the large windows and sliding doors, you can enjoy a sea of light and experience the ultimate outdoor feeling, both inside and outside. The villa is uniquely situated and has a large roof terrace facing south, where you can relax with a magnificent view of the park.
Layout and Comfort at a High Level
With four spacious bedrooms, each with its own luxury bathroom (1 bathroom has a bathtub), this villa offers optimum privacy and comfort. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have air conditioning, so that you can sleep wonderfully cool even on warm days. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, ideal for guests who prefer not to climb stairs.
The open kitchen with cooking island and a large dining table invites you to cozy evenings with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Quooker tap, induction hob with built-in extractor, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine.
Outdoor living at the highest level
Enjoy the outdoors on one of the various terraces, the spacious roof terrace facing south or at your own jetty on the water. Here you can lounge on the sun loungers, dine at the dining table or relax on the comfortable lounge set. The garden is also equipped with an automatic irrigation system and is fully fenced, ideal for a carefree holiday.
For the ultimate barbecue experience there is an electric barbecue, and thanks to the parking space for at least 3 cars there is always room for all guests.
