TIVANIA DREAM - Hi-end modern attic

Experience nature with your family in this mountain location, perfect for picnics and walks.
The condominium has a large park, with a multipurpose sports field, a children's play area and a billiard room.
There are two large double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds, mainly suitable for younger guests (height 185-65 cm.).
The main bathroom has a shower and tub.
The second bathroom has a large shower.
The third bathroom has a sink, toilet and washing machine (no bidet, no shower).
Attention: electricity and heating costs not included. Read the cost details in the "other details" section.

Parking is available in the garden in front of the entrance: The area is fenced.
A bus connection with the center of Zelbio and the town of Nesso, on Lake Como, is available within walking distance.

Things to know: - It is recommended to shop for basic necessities before arrival because there are no supermarkets nearby. - Heating costs: Heating costs, not included in the accommodation rates, are equal to €3.19/M3 LPG gas (sharing of costs + electricity costs €0.23/Kwh (including use of the heat pump).

The complex, about 1000 meters. above sea level, it is immersed in the woods of Pian del Tivano but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is a plateau above Lake Como, an ideal destination for excursionists and Sunday walks out of town, perhaps on the saddle of one's motorbike. Breathtaking panorama and good mountain cuisine distinguish the area. Nesso, on the shores of the lake, is only 20 minutes away.

Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Man bekam kurz eine Einweisung für alles. Der Parkplatz ist mit einer Schranke / Tor abgesperrt, somit steht das Auto sicher. Die Küchenausstattung ist komplett. Spülenschiene, Kapselschiene für Kaffee, Herd und ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden.
