「Great stay in this beautiful area of Austria. First the positives( there were many).. The welcome from reception staff at the hotel was perfect. 「Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. 「The hotel is central with parking. It has 1960s style sanitary ware which works perfectly well but the bathroom door needs a lick of paint. The hotel is over 3 floors but does not have a lift.」

「Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The place has so much potential just let down by front desk. Just not a warm or pleasant interaction. Someone is there from 7:30am to 8pm, which was never a problem. The lack of A/C was offset with a fan, but it was still warm, pretty unique to find a hotel in this area with A/C. So they are trying. Breakfast was good, good spread of food and selection.
