“This property is so unique with the historical building and the lovely courtyard. We enjoyed the cocktails and food at the adjacent restaurant too. The room is very spacious compared to the average hotel room. There are some signs of aging in the carpet and the ceilings, but it offers a one of a kind experience and a great location.”

“i rarely do reviews but we loved this property so much i feel is under rated. we love the cleanliness and how spacious it was. it was very comfy. they provide with plenty of towels and many basic necessities.
the only negative comment is the resort fees. $45 for 2 night just because? and the deposit at least i understand i will get it back. but i already paid my 2 nights. why further spending?
but i will definitely reconsider when traveling to Orlando. Good choice ”

“I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean the rental was. The pool was great and the poolside bar made relaxing much easier. The rooms had lots of space so you never felt closed in with a lot of people. The property was just minutes away from Universal. I recommend the drop off or ride shares to get to the Universal parks. Please go around the corner to the brew house and say hi to Wes, he’s a great guy. Only negatives that we encountered was just some of the other people around could be……

“This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. Owner was a timely communicator, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great for downtown Orlando events. It was a convenient 15 minute drive to Rollins College for graduation. The neighborhood has some great walks……

“I rented this with my daughter following a long week at a dance competition at an area hotel. I was looking for something convenient and perfectly priced and this was it. It was near a lot of things in the immediate area and within 15 minutes or so of any large attractions, so the location was great. The unit had just enough space for us two who shared a bed. It could sleep four though as the day bed was very generously sized and had a trundle underneath it. We spent most of our time here……

“This property oozes the "Old Florida" vibe with the creature comforts of the 21st century. The sleeping arrangements are varied and flexible, to accommodate just about any type of group. The gourmet kitchen was well-stocked and with a little creativity, I was able to cook meals for 11 people for 4 days. There was even a blender for a special dessert. The property is 2 miles from a Publix grocery so anything we needed was just around the corner. The host supplied K-cups for the Keurig coffee……

"I’ve been to Orlando nearly 10 times, and this is by far the most expensive yet most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the promotional photos—if you’re looking for a comfortable, quality stay, this isn’t it.
The room wasn’t terrible, but absolutely not worth the price—more like a motel than a proper hotel. Only one slow elevator for the entire building, the other was out of service the entire time,so there were always lines. The room was small, damp, and had a strange smell. The coffee machine worked on and off, and the AC was loud and likely unclean—I woke up with a sore throat.
The location is isolated—you need a car to go anywhere. Worst of all, one front desk staff (a woman wearing a mask) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I lightly cleared my throat, she snapped at me to cover my mouth in a harsh tone. If she’s so uncomfortable around guests, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality."
