"The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."

"Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt aber in der Nähe des Ice Festivals und Sun Island. Zum sibirischen Tiger Park und zum Opernhaus sind es nur jeweils 4 km. Wir sind das locker zu Fuß gelaufen vom Hotel aus. Taxis werden sehr schnell im Hotel bestellt. Eine Fahrt in die Stadt kostet keine 7 €! Zum Ice Festival sogar nur 3-4 €! "Хостел на самом деле достойный. Персонал приветливый и добрый. Китайцам этого не занимать. Постельное бельё чистое белое без посторонних запахов, мне понравилось. Насчет душа и туалета (общая зона) нареканий тоже нет. Чисто и нет запаха "общественного толчка". Фен есть, шампунь есть, полотенце у мееч было своё, поэтому не знаю выдают или нет. Кажется выдают. Чайник, термос, стаканы одноразовые, хол общий чистый. Замечаний нет. Район для меня был удобен так как рядом (2-3 квартала пешком)...
