"Location is good, 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, hotel staff were good, didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but room was very comfortable. Would stay again. "

"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"great location & staff, but the hotel is a bit old, we know that they have new floors they've renovated but did not get put into those floors so the rooms were dated/older. still great value."

"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "

"It was only for a quick temporary one night stay so we chose the closer location to the hospital where it’s only less than 10 mins walk. The facilities of the hotel itself is pretty old although they’re mostly clean. The lights are weak and the curtains are dusty. Not the best stay but okay just for a quick night check out. "

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"This hotel is located in the heart of the busy city and it is just a block away from the metro station. It is also very close to the West Lake park entry, The room is small but clean. It is worth the money. "
