Welcome to Sandy Steps Beach House – a stunning, architecturally designed home perched on the headland in the peaceful beachside town of Zilzie. Perfectly positioned directly opposite Arthur’s Point Beach and just a short 5-minute stroll to Zilzie’s main beach, this contemporary coastal escape offers uninterrupted, million-dollar ocean views all the way to Great Keppel Island. Whether you're planning a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or simply seeking tranquillity by the sea, this home delivers a truly unforgettable experience.

• Panoramic ocean views from the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area
• Alfresco area is the perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or sunset drink as you soak in the views, with built in BBQ and both dining space and lounge area.
