“TV controls really were difficult to use. Otherwise the place was very nice ”

“Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.”

“No towels in the pool area. Lights were off and hot tub was chilly. The place seemed a bit sketchy, employee barely talked. Won't be staying again. ”

“One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! And, we have stayed at many! Checkin was very efficient, all the staff were so friendly! The room was so spacious, with lots of counter space! The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Nice shower with wonderful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to use. Breakfast in the morning was a fantastic selection, there really is something for everyone! Waffles, French toast, a nice egg sandwich selection that you……

“Close proximity to destination friendly staff”

“No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here.”

“The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… ”

“The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door.”

“Not quiet, but very kid friendly. Solo travelers will not like all the commotion or noise. Not really well built buildings at IHG so you hear all your neighbors all night long.”

“The pictures online really don’t reflect what the property looks like. The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. Also, only one of the outlets worked near the bathroom.”
