「Es un hotel que está casi a 1 hr del downtown de Chicago, pero vale la pena en todos los sentidos, lo recomiendo ampliamente para familias」

「Super nice view to the lake. Really clean room and very nice staff. Really accesible prices. One of my best stands」

「There were a couple of cleaning issues but overall the place was cute and as described. The host was very nice. I grew up in the area and was back to visit, so was very familiar with where all the stores, restaurants etc were. It’s a central location to many things a short drive away. Car necessary as nothing within walking distance. It’s a residential neighborhood.」

「The bedding was pretty dirty and the house just felt eerie .」

「Nah」

「The breakfast was never available when it was supposed to be. Even though I was always one of the first in line to get the meal the food was often barely warm. I discovered that some employees were rolling out the hot food and leaving it unattended for more than five minutes before placing it in the warmer. The room had some cleanliness issues as well as not properly supplied」

「The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast 」

「This is our 2nd stay at the spring hill suites in Kenosha and we have been super satisfied both times! The management and the staff are all wonderful .. attentive .. gracious and willing to go above and beyond for their guests! Hotel is spotless.. breakfast area always clean and filled! This trip we met Mickey at the front desk reception area and she greeted us every day with a smile and a wonderful warm personality! We will definitely be back for another stay!」

「 The hotel is not very clean.」

「Breakfast was free and good, staff were helpful and the stay was great」

「Breakfast」

「The hotel and staff fulfilled their obligations」

「We loved the location. You can walk to Walmart, Starbucks, dennys and many more locations. We will be back!」

「We were placed on the third floor and there were no elevators and we had to climb three flights of smelly stairs and my mother is disabled. The staff didn’t know how to help with anything and would only provide misleading information. I would never go back here and would never refer this location to anyone!」
