Zlatni Rat near Bol, Croatia is one of the most uniquely shaped beaches I have ever encountered. The V-shaped white pebble beach backs up to a lovely pine grove, offering the perfect shade for those looking for some natural cover from the sun. The water is calm and crystal clear. The beach itself extend out about 630 meters, but the shape of the spit varies greatly depending on the currents, tide and wind. While it can be a bit crowded mid-day during the high season, if you head to Zlatni Rat first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon, you'll have the entire beach to yourself. #beach
