The villa consists of a living room and three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, and one separate wc, laundry room, the kitchen and the space for dining with piano Yamaha . Conditioning and central heating facilities are provided. The terrace have 24m2 chairs for 6 people and grill.
1.000sqm garden is also at your disposal. The villa is next to the place Zminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.
