The ground floor boasts an expansive open-plan living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room with another fireplace. This area opens directly onto the terrace, offering easy access to the outdoor pool and allowing natural light to flood the space.

Accommodations include one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, private bathroom, and direct terrace access—perfect for enjoying the serene mornings. The first floor houses two bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms and balcony access, plus another bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.

The ground floor of the villa consists of a large open space living area with a fireplace and TV and where you can spend family evening together. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, but also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a guest toilet.

On the second floor are additional 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of them have a double bed and direct access to a balcony, an additional place where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity. The third bedroom has two single beds.

The outdoor area is the highlight of the villa. Here you can relax by the pool laying on the comfortable sun lounger reading your favourite book or having a refreshing swim in the large pool. Just a few steps away are the covered terrace with a grill where you can show your cooking skills and prepare delicious meals.
