“The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience were awful. There was no water in the room, the TV didn’t work, and the included coffee tasted like water. They had an espresso machine, but none of the staff knew how to use it. The coffee was so bad that guests ended up figuring out the machine and making their own coffee. Most of the staff didn’t greet us, say goodbye, or even ask how our stay was. The only exception was Miguel on the night shift, who……
