“Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting.”

“Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns gepasst.(Reisezeit, Juni) Besonders hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die Sauna mit dem traumhaften Ausblick. Für Familien ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet - der Pool darf zwar nur bis 18:00 Uhr mit Kindern benutzt werden. Dafür gibt es noch einen Kletter und Spielbereich. In dem Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Verlangen……

“It is a nice hotel which is near the train station and bus stop within 3 minutes walk distance. Hotel is situated in a quiet environment. Users please be reminded to ask Hotel to send you QR code in advance. It facilitates to free ride to local train and bus. Morning breakfast are diversified with meat, eggs, cereals, cheese jams and bread etc, certainly fill your stomach quality needs.”

“房間感覺整齊，我們住在有屋頂的房間，有天窗，帶著小孩有多一個小床房間，地方寬敞舒適，人員親切，還有泳池桑拿，可惜我們沒有使用，在飯店能直接買楚格峰的車票，很方便。”

“房間比想像的舊，門內側的第二道鎖是壞的，浴室排水不良（反應後第二天有修好）。早餐跟晚餐（另外付費）很好吃。地點比較偏、還要上山，不過有往山下看整個GP小鎮的視野，自駕的話是個不錯的選擇。”

“Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things……

“服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點.”

“Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Anreise mit der Gondel ist ein Highlight. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Wellnessbereich, das Frühstück, das Abendessen kann alles uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.”
