「If I ever return to this area, I would stay here again. The host is very attentive, communicative and kind. It's a great location. Pretty central but remarkably quiet. It's easy to get to from both the bus and train station. There is a wonderful view over rooftops to the church bell tower in Ciboure, and one can literally watch the bells ring. Lots of light from big windows, kitchen big enough for small table to eat, small desk in living room and ample closet space! Somewhat noisy at night due to inner court yard and strangers ringing door bell excessively one night. Can be a shoddy neighborhood at night, but no problem during daylight hours. "A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
