Not good for light sleepers

The hotel was nice and comfortable overall, but not ideal for light sleepers. The sound insulation wasn’t great. whenever someone used the bathroom at night, I could clearly hear the flush, which woke me up several times. Apart from that, everything else was good enough.

The staff was nice, but the property had no AC, it was extremely hot, they had a stand up fan and was not expecting that. No parking available. The area was not nice.

The room was spacious and cosy, but the shower area layout needed to improve as the entire toilet bowl gets wet during shower. Breakfast was very simple and it's not worth the value. Getting to the hotel from Zurich station was not convenient.

Super modern, clean hotel

This is probably one of the most modern hotels I have ever stayed in. the hotel room was small, but comfortable, very updated/modern, and clean. The bathroom is not closed off from the room with a door, but there is a divider between the bed area and the bathroom. There is on-site parking. The hotel lobby is not open 24/7, but they will proactively reach out to you for an arrival time and if they are closed when you arrive, provide you with self check in instructions. This hotel is not located in the central shopping/dining area of Zurich, but a little further away. There are dining options within walking distance.

Nice hotel but no willingness to bend rules

I was disappointed that the hotel rejected my request for a late check-out on Sunday the 3rd December. My partner underwent emergency hospital treatment so I called the hotel to suggest arriving 24 hours later - on Saturday instead of Friday. I didn't ask for a discount, but just a few hours extra on Sunday. When we checked out at 11 on Sunday, I had the impression that the hotel was half empty. Although the stay was pleasant and the staff acted within the hotel rules, I wouldn't return.

I won't come back

Decent location close to public transport and walking distance to cafes and restaurants etc. I did not like the room. Not terrible, but cleanliness was so so (cobwebs, dead bugs under the bed), and it felt claustrophobic with no space for luggage or to move around. The room had a small window into the parking lot, and a large fabric-covered window to the front side whose sole purpose seems to be to ensure you wake up in a fully illuminated room every time somebody turns on the outside light. It's impossible to avoid getting water everywhere in the entire bathroom when you shower. At least it's wheelchair friendly. Internet was slow (usable but too slow for remote work). They were also 100% unwilling to accommodate any change to the reservation for less than the full price of an entirely new booking. I tried extending my 5 day stay to 10 days but starting 2 days later, and they tried to charge me for an additional 10 days + admin fee for changing the reservation. Ended up forfeiting the first 2 days, and went to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. Good decision.

Das Erreichen und Eintreten in das Hotel war auch Spätabends, nach dem Schliessen der Rezeption einfach und ausführlich angegeben. Das Zimmer im Hof war ordentlich, bequem, und ausgesprochen ruhig. Das Frühstück lässt sich ebenfalls sehr empfehlen, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.
