Dear management of the Kindli hotel, Our stay in this charming hotel was very pleasant and we enjoyed every moment of it. The location is great, convenient and makes it easy to explore the city. We also had an excellent experience during breakfast - the restaurant offers elegant dining with a wonderful traditional vibe. The Hotel Kindli is a gem of a small hotel with an excellent staff and a superb restaurant. It is also situated in a very convenient location in Zurich. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And we would like to especially acknowledge Ramona at the front desk. She made our stay very special.

The hotel is very central and is extremely quiet and clean. The reception team are great and helpful. The breakfast is excellent - on our booking it said it was available and but it did not specify that is was included in the room rate but it was included which was a fantastic surprise as the food costs in Switzerland are very high. The buffet, juices and the options you could order were all exceptional. There was also a complementary mini bar with soft drinks and beer which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Unfortunately we were not able to try out the restaurant for an evening meal as it is closed on Sundays and was also closed on the Saturday we were there due to the Love Mobile event. Highly recommend the hotel - when we return to Zurich we will stay at Hotel Kindli again.
