The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel pequeno e charmoso, tipo boutique. Excelente atendimento da equipe tanto da recepção nas pessoas do Srs Daniel e Alex, Daniel super atencioso e prestativo. Claudia do restaurante impecável no trato com os hóspedes, muito competente e atenciosa. Em geral o hotel tem suas limitações naturais de um hotel boutique mas possui o conforto na medida daquilo que se propõe. Excelente restaurante e excelente localização. Absolutely loved this hotel. It is in the most perfect and darling location! And a free delicious breakfast: both made to order and buffet. You can have both! It’s the cutest place ever! The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Coffee, fruit and pastries in the lobby. The cobblestone streets the hotel is on makes traffic limited so it’s quiet, yet you’re surrounded by shops and restaurants. Extremely safe area. Go up some steps and you’re at a park with a great view of the river. You’re within several hundred feet of beautiful churches that chime and you can visit. Walk across the bridge for fondue.
