Property had the basics- proper working shower, comfortable bed, and it was clean enough. However, many things were broken. The window was completely detached from the wall and we had to secure it ourselves. Only one of the ceilings lights turned on so our room was very dim. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave had a horrible smell. Walls are very thin and we could easily hear noisy upstairs guests at all hours of the night and day. No AC or heater and the room got very damp and humid while we were out. Staff was easy to contact and they did try to fix these issues as much as they could, but the room just had too many issues.

The property was well situated just outside the old town, easily walkable within 15/20minutes or tram. Only thing we found was the apartment was very dusty, and some things were broken (e.g. toilet lid, shower doors, safe) There was also building work outside which was very noisy and the other guests were noisy early in the morning. But this is just pick of luck when staying somewhere like this The host was great with communication and clear instructions on how to get our key.

Did not receive an email or message about the check in process prior to arrival and had to call the host once arrived as could not get into the building. Got resolved quickly via Whatsapp and a phone call but still not ideal. Other than the not-so-good check-in the room was nice, had all you needed to cook, and was in a good central location near Zurich HB and tram stops.

They cancelled my reservation day before my arrival “overbooked “. So, I booked another hotel. D next day- arrival day, I got another email stating they will now honor my booking. Worst experience as I never had a hotel email me stating, they cannot accommodate my reservation due to overbooked, then next day email “ will honor your reservation”

This place is not as advertised! Small, dirty, no service to the rooms. Shower has poor drainage, closet door is smaller than the size of the hanger, coffee pods but no creamer, bedside light doesn't work- just an unprofessional place. Value for the money is outrageous. We definitely will not be back.

Booked a family room with 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds. The room came with a Queen bed and a sofa with a flat sheet on it - not a sofa bed, but just a sofa without a mattress topper. Called the virtual front desk and was told that none of their rooms have 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds. I would not recommend this place to anyone travelling with family and are not planning to sleep on a sofa.

Clean apartment but room was small however we had a street view balcony to have drinks in the late afternoon and breakfast in the morning. Big positive is many restaurants very close and good quality. For the price it represents value.

Loved Inside Five
Everything was ideal and the value for the money was too good. In today’s conditions o haven’t seen many better locations than this. The owners were wonderful and very kind in answering all kinds of questions like local guides

Clean, close to city centre and very quiet. I'm not sure we got the room we asked for (basic apartment), we had a small studio flat. Hence the not full stars. Nevertheless the place was fairly enjoyable - maybe it could do more communication-wise.

Our apartment on the ground floor was very small, unlike the images on the website. It was the size of a small hotel room with a kitchen unit right next to the bed. We had difficulty regulating the temperature as the room was hot when we first arrived and had trouble with the window.

We are a family of 4 staying 3 nights, it didnt met our expectations, price was lower than Zurich average, so service was accordingly. - check in: we got the keys easily from the safe box as reception time is limited. we never get the chance to see them. You get an extra key for the safe and the wifi is good - the room was smaller than expected and the sofabed was not made into a bed, We had to make it ourselves - the toilet was small but clean, although the soap holder was falling a little water was running out of the shower. - we didnt cook at all but when making our final review of the room we opened the dishwasher to find some dirty cups from prior guests, this was disgusting. - floor below the bed was super dirty as well, some toy fell down and we had to dig into it . - tv was not working at all , we called to request fixing and they said they will call me back but they never did and tv never worked - we stayed here during summer so room was quite hot, there were some fans on the floor to compensate but it was very noisy - area is dodgy, on our way to central station we saw a couple of guys getting high, police arresting a guy for drugs and several hookers looking for customers, it raised a lot of questions on my 6 year old - we put the “clean my room “ tag each day but aside from taking out the trash nothing was done So if you want a room just to sleepover this is a good choice, do not expect more

Fine Room with Friendly Staff
The hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice. Hotel location is a bit out of the way from the main attractions, but is close to a tram. The train station is an 18-minute walk and Old Town is about a 25 minute walk. Yhe biggest thing you should know before booking is that check-in is only until 6PM. The staff is not on-site after this time of you have a afternoon/evening arrival.

Good value for money but inconsistent info
Nice clean & cheap hotel, close to the main attractions Didn’t like the fact that hotels.com states you can pay at the hotel & the hotel emails saying they won’t confirm booking till they get a card, lucky I read the email before boarding Overall great value for money

Property was 7 blocks from train station. Would have been nice to find out that taking train from airport would have been fine. Taxis cost 50 euros.The room, for 3, was fine. Make sure the shower door is completely closed tight.

Clean Spacious Aparthotel
