Perfect location!

Jeff’s cottage was a perfect place for our family. The cottage is older but in good condition with plenty of room to spread out. Very clean inside and out. The pics don’t show it but there is a porch on the back of the cabin, perfect spot for your morning coffee. We plan to come again in a couple of months!

Ok for quick get away

Overall ok place. Tucked way back in cove. AC could not keep up at all! It ran the entire time. Could not get WI-FI password from owner. Sent multiple messages on Fri & Sat, but didn't get a response till Monday morning, once we were back home. There was a nice basket of snacks on the counter.

Decent for the money

Bed linens were a little stale and could have used washing to freshen up. A/c was good at night but tolerable at day . Low water pressure but ok . Overall good little place for a fishing trip .

Property could use a refresh

House was fine overall but could use some decor/interior updates, improve landscaping, and detailed cleaning. Quiet neighborhood. However, not much attractions in the area. A good place to unplug and hang out on the dock.

Our weekend stay

We had a nice time. The house was very clean. Nice and cool and appliances worked great. Boat landing just down the street. Me and my family had a good stay.

Great location and quiet

We enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved having the whole downstairs to themselves! Toledo town is only 10 minutes away and boat launch just up the road. The kids loved fishing off the dock and we were able to leave our small boat in the water tied up instead of having to launch everyday. The area was very quiet a peaceful.

Nice mid lake location close to stores.

We liked the camp, it is very nice. Well stocked with the essentials. It's a nice place to stay if you don't have a boat. We go to Toledo Bend to fish and we bring our boats. The issue is there is no pier and the shore has cypress knees. Also there is no shore power. My main concern with the camp is that there is no smoke detectors, I'm a firefighter and this bothered me.

Very nice visit

Loved our stay here. Mostly it was comfortable, and very enjoyable. My son and daughter in law also enjoyed. Only one issue. Couldn’t get the hot and cold water to regulate in the main floor shower. Downstairs bath was perfect and no problem. My husband said I must have done something wrong, but I’m sure I didn’t. I got scalded then frozen. Please check this. We really loved our stay, and are hoping to come back soon.
