We liked the location of the Avani. Rooftop bar and restaurants were quite good. Our two issues, although they appear insignificant, did matter. We requested a 2nd luggage rack for our suitcase, only to be told we had to “make one”? Bottom line, no luggage racks available. So if you are two people in one room, it is a bit awkward. As for our other issue, some concierge are more knowledgeable than others. Birt, was exceptional.

Absolutely everything about this resort is perfect. The staff can not do enough for you. They know what you need before you do. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable, the ac is excellent. Great location to try other restaurants if you want. Beach is great for walking along or swimming in the ocean. There are two pools, with plenty of loungers. The staff does a good job of monitoring reserved chairs ( not allowed). Gym is excellent. Truly paradise.

Clean was large and comfortable, water and tea and coffee provided in room, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room with private pool was amazing. The staff is friendly. Food on property is good. It’s a beautiful property and very peaceful.

This is the best hotel ever! Front desk is extremely helpful any questions we have. Breakfast is very delicious, room is very clean. It was my birthday and they surprise me with a birthday cake! I felt so special and grateful they did that for me! Hotel staff is so nice they made me feel like I’m OK I’m doneat my fav aunt house. Thank you thank u right
