From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with a level of warmth and professionalism that immediately made us feel at home. Every detail was handled with care—from the seamless check-in to the personalized service throughout our stay. The room was absolutely stunning: spacious, immaculate, and elegantly designed with modern comforts and traditional Japanese touches. Our suite offered breathtaking ocean views, a serene private balcony, and thoughtful amenities that exceeded expectations, including plush bedding, luxury bath products, and state-of-the-art technology. What truly set this resort apart was the service. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was arranging transportation (including a shuttle from Naha), our dining, taxis, or simply greeting us each time we saw them, the hospitality was unmatched. The amenities were equally impressive. The resort boasts a serene infinity pool overlooking the coast, a world-class spa with traditional Japanese treatments, and several outstanding restaurants featuring locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation.
