This hotel was located in a very nice area, close to shopping, train stations and historical sights. Staff was very friendly. Room was large and spacious, compared to other hotels I stayed at in Japan. The cafe served a delicious breakfast (not included)

MONday hotel is perfect for family stay. The room is spacious with a small kitchen, oven, microwave and laundry machine. Staffs are all very kind and helpful. They speak ENGLISH. This hotel also provides free shuttle to Miyama village and kinkakuji. Bus stops and Subway are not far away. They help to ship luggages. We are very happy to stay in this hotel when we came to Kyoto. Definitely will book it again next time when we come to Kyoto. A big thanks to all the staff.

Great time at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel. Room perfectly clean. View is amazing. Breakfast if very good (especially the croissant). Great location and well connected to the train and metro station. Perfect choice. We will return

Lovely room and excellent staff. Breakfast was very poor. Long wait for tables and western breakfast options were limited and hot food was cold.
