Professional and friendly staff, good amenities. It’s not in the best neighborhood. Have to take taxi everywhere.

WiFi is so weak signal in my room on the first floor, no internet connection shows up all times with my devices.

Great Stay in Hanoi The location of this hotel was fantastic, so close to everything central. Water Puppet Theatre is only just around the corner. Staff were exceptional. The girl at the reception was great with a lot of information and assistance when we requested it. Rooms were comfortable and clean, bedding was perfect

Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars.
