I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful nine-night stay at your Novotel Hotel. From the moment we arrived, all members of your staff were courteous, professional, and consistently helpful. Any requests we had were attended to promptly and with great care. I would especially like to commend Paul, the Concierge, whose outstanding service truly made our stay exceptional. Paul went above and beyond in assisting us with navigating Hong Kong, providing excellent recommendations, clear directions, and valuable local knowledge. In addition, we were extremely grateful for his thoughtful assistance regarding my 100-year-old aunt who visited us at the hotel. Paul kindly guided us on arranging a handicap-accessible Uber and helped ensure we could comfortably reach our specialty restaurant. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine care were greatly appreciated. Thanks to Paul’s exceptional service, our stay at Novotel was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Please extend our gratitude to him and the entire team for making our visit such a positive experience.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and it's in a great area. Not too busy but with really great transport and shopping options. It was very clean, and the bedding was comfy. They even gave us a free bottle of champagne and room upgrade to celebrate our special event. Very well equipped, nothing lacking.

Room was clean, however the bathroom shades/blinds are not able to be completely closed and the bathroom door is opaque, so come the morning the room is lit with morning sunshine when we want it to be dark and sleep in. The room design needs ensure proper black out capability

We like to express a gratitude to the manager Kevin and front desk staff, after 14 hours of travel, the level of engagement we received was exceptional. Next we wish to thank you Annie, who every day made us welcome to breakfast, the most important meal of the day. We enjoyed the balance between western and hong kong breakfast. We wish to also extend our gratitudes to the housekeeping staff who attentively ensured our utmost level of comfort. We should note, that having the ability to do laundry on site, helped us reduced the amount of clothing we had to use. Next time, we will be sure to pack less, leaving room for more souvenirs. The Lanson Place is a gem, a island of tranquility in the bustling causeway bay. Convenient and easy access to the metro line, it was a good choice for our base during our hong kong visit. We highly recommend others to stay here, it is a treat and wonderful experience. Thank you for everything. We will see you again.

The amenities and service was great.

Rooms were clean. Staff attentive. The hotel is located in Tin Hau. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. Close to the MTR. There are many shops close by.
