"Clean room staff was not accommodating.. my anniversary wasn't the best after driving 3 hours and passing up 3 other casinos to be there.. I was told because I booked through a 3rd party I couldn't have the spa side of the hotel! The website didn't make it clear there was another hotel on site.. ..."
