We went to the Gaylord Opryland at Christmas time and the decorations were amazing. There were events daily for Christmas that we never left the hotel except to go to a concert at the Grand Ole Opry.

Room was very clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times because it is a great hotel. The atmosphere is welcoming and family oriented. The landscaping is homey and wonderful.
