The staff was really friendly and welcoming and overall the place is cosy. It is in a quieter area of the town but still feels safe.

It’s cheap hence can’t expect too much. But we were rejected when we asked the host to book a taxi for us to the bus station due to “no taxis to be booked before 12pm” but we had to check out at 11am…..? We ended up lugging big suitcases 30-40min to the station.
Place was quite small. There was 3 double beds but host only gave pillows for the pax. Limited sink space for products, water was irregular in the amount of hot water and the onsen was questionable in the cleanliness.
