Everything was excellent, very clean, all staff polite and helpful, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and nightwear. The breakfast was extensive, the only minor point was that the 'european' food was served cold (bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs)

This property is about a 30 min taxi from Sendai Station, with a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel to Sendai Station (which takes around 45min-1 hour). Although the location might not be the most convenient, the slight distance away from the city centre does make this truly feel like a getaway! Super peaceful and quiet area to really relax and have some down time.
