Big Torch Key Adventure Holidays

Not quite ready for prime time during my stay (Sept 1-4, 2026). This hotel has been closed over a year to perform major renovations. I have stayed here two times previously and I was impressed with newly renovated rooms and lobby. However, my issue was with the fact that the hotel reopened while still performing additional renovations. The pool area which includes a small restaurant and bar were not opened yet because of construction. Another restaurant which offers a buffet was not opened either. Additionally, there was also major landscaping which including cutting down palm trees each day during my stay. The Staff was great, the room was great, and the limited amenities were great. I just think they should have remained closed another month to finalize all construction before guests arrived.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly located right in the heart of everything. Being just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops made our trip even more enjoyable. The entire staff deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Jeffrey, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. I also want to recognize the incredible housekeeping team. Our room was spotless every single day, and their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. It’s clear that everyone at Hotel Victor takes pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. I highly recommend Hotel Victor to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with an unbeatable location, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Great for our family overnight stay. The staff were very accommodating as we needed a late check out.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
