Excellent choice. I loved Virgin hotel because there is not too much people playing at the casino as you usually can find in the rest of the big hotels also I found it more sophisticated and more upscale guests vibe.

It was clean, neat, the hot tub was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. They could have used more staff at check in time, but my upgrade was more than I could have asked for.

Good location, clean room, friendly and quick service, but environment could use a touch up. Water draining in the shower (in the tub) is very slow/bad; while washing my hair the water reached my ankles. Don’t expect the continental breakfast to be a breakfast buffet; it’s a standard prepared breakfast on a plate: fruitbowl, croissant, muffin, pecan bread, cooked egg, coffee/juice.

CLEAN THE ROOMS LOOK FINE

The sheets were stained and were never replaced, even after we reported it several times. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast or lunch.

What was supposed to be a solo “R&R” trip turned into a trip of mourning. The staff the room, the request I’ve made all were sufficient. Thank you to all I came in contact with during my staff. You were wonderful. I will be back.

I’m plenty of shops and gambling tables open to play on.

Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Stay here. It’s beautify and VERY clean.
