Room was as shown, a bit basic, but sufficient. Was not pleased that any room card will access any and all "secure" floors of the hotel. A bit of surface maintenance needed and an upgrade of the gym equipment would be nice. Location was great.

While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4.

The Four Seasons Sydney was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. In over 110+ countries around the world, the service, kindness, room service, accommodations, huge soaking bath, I could go on. Not to mention Location, Location, Location to bars, restaurants and the Sydney Opera House. This was my first time in this luxury hotel but pray it won’t be the last!!!
