店员大致上有礼貌，房间整洁，这个有些遗憾。客房服务员做事也快，设计上如果洗手间浴缸多番一道门而不是共用一道门会更好。住宿第三天的晚上，浴室去水位置淤塞，水流至客厅地扳，要请酒店职员清理渗出客厅的水，这个有些遗憾。楼下嘉禾餐厅出品不错。

You can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the hotel rooftop bar, the hotel is situated in the centre of the city so it is very convenience to explore the city. If you feel tired, you can try peninsula massage and spa, it was really good. However, our highlight is their staff! The staffs in Peninsula Beijing have gone above and beyond to assist our stay. We got into an accident right before our flight back and the staff even accompany us to the Beijing hospital, helping us navigate everything. I really want to extend my gratitude to their warm encouragement and professionalism. I will surely stay in Peninsula Beijing again whenever I back to Beijing.

It was a nice hotel, an upscale brand of hotel chains. The decor was good, but with a small hotel concourse. Room was nicely decorated with decent size. Bit disappointed by the breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Beijing Railway Station and the subway, which made traveling around the city very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel environment was quiet and relaxing despite being close to the city center. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the traditional courtyard atmosphere gave the hotel a unique Beijing charm. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.
