「Good location, staff friendly, but limited English in some situation. Overall great hotel 」

「Big bay window, good view. The room is big and comfortable. Good service and good location. Downstairs is Sanlitun. The subway station is just downstairs. I will choose to live here next time, which is worth recommending.」

「Very bad feelings ,when arrived and informed that there is no reservation from hotel.com ,very surprised ,and wasted one hour to solve the problem that I immediatedly to do as a walk in customer and paid by myself first ,then the next day inform me the fact. The wifi is stood on old model and not stable.」

「Good for everything」
