The front desk staff was incredible! Upgrade my room for my birthday and it was an incredible view. The hotel was so clean and well maintained. I loved everything about the place. Casino, bars, restaurants all top notch.

Fair room. Carpet was damaged. Paid a large sum to stay in an old room. Noone seemed to be winning at any slots on a weekend night. Weird.

​I recently stayed at Resorts World and had an excellent experience in almost every aspect. The property is stunning, the service was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. ​However, I have one major piece of advice for future guests: Be extremely careful with the in-room mini-bar. The fridge uses automated sensors, meaning if you move an item—even just to look at it or try to make space for your own drink—you are automatically charged to your room. It’s a bit of a "touch it, buy it" system that feels a little predatory compared to the high-end service elsewhere in the resort. ​The Highlights: ​Service: Attentive and professional staff. ​Amenities: Everything was pristine and well-maintained. ​Room: Comfortable, modern, and very clean. ​Final Verdict: I highly recommend Resorts World for the luxury and quality of the stay. Just keep your hands off the mini-bar items unless you’re prepared to pay for them!
