The staff was great. Location is ideal. However I had a room near the elevator thus the noise was very loud and creaky. Felt like a trolley was going by constantly.

Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well.
Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Pros: Nice hotel and the room was sizable for NY which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel.
Cons: gnat like flies, mostly in the bathroom but a few in the room area. No killing them off, because more just show up. The hotel says they are working on the problem. Hopefully will be fixed soon
