Nokonoshima Island Adventure Holidays

The room was excellent for a group of 4. Check in was smooth through the tablet. It is a 5 minute walk from Canal City, where a lot of shops and restaurants can be found. It is also close to the Kushida-jinja Subway station, which is only a station away from Hakata station. The room was clean and had many amenities. We took advantage of the washer and did laundry. The neighborhood is near a school, but not very noisy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Hakata area.

Bathroom smelled like urine. Reception unfriendly. Amenities barebones. Was a 20 min walk from train station. Wouldn’t stay again.

This is an excellent hotel that we just picked by shear good luck. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are clean with fresh water in the fridge everyday. Hotel staff very friendly & spoke basic English which helped for us. Location is great as well, right next to Canal City shopping & food and a short walk to Hakata station which is a major hub making travel anywhere easy. Neighborhood very safe as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fukuoka!

室内はとても綺麗でした～ お風呂風呂自動、おいだきあり 入室の際、玄関扉を開けるのに理解しにくくて苦労しました。 誰かぎ出てきて取り敢えず入室してからゆっくり考えて検証しました～ ヨーク考えればわかるのですが早く入りたくて！！ 博多駅から15分ちょっと歩くのが苦にならなければ快適です。 タクシーも利用しました。 1000円ちょっと 混んでると1200円越えてました

The blanket is smelly and the beds are very small. The room is not possible to accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids as indicated ( only 2 queen sized beds and 4 small sized single beds). Besides, only one toilet and washroom was available. It took hours for us to take term bathing every night. Check in is very uneasy. The check-in ID was incorrect, and the operator can hardly communicate in English. Tissue ran out on the second day, but no refill was available. Don’t know how to dump the garbage, and no instruction. Our garbage bin was full for the whole time. We stayed fours nights with 6 adults and 4 kids. It was very crowded and uncomfortable. This room is extremely over-priced, given the space, zero facility and no refill or cleaning on everything. Disappointing!
