Super friendly staff to check me in. Fast, efficient check in. Room is super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was extremely convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The only real disappointments were the lack of air conditioning and the absence of a microwave in the room. The absence of air conditioning made the evenings a little uncomfortable, and a microwave would have been useful for quick reheating food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would consider staying again - especially if these amenities are added in the future.

Clean communal areas, quiet and business friendly. Decent gym facilities. The rooms were on the small side.

I did not go to the $119 buffet for any meals, but I was told by other patrons that it was excellent. I don't eat enough to justify that price tag. The lounge servers were excellent and very accomodating. The room was in fairly good shape and overall the hotel was clean. It's a little remote compared to other hotels in terms of nearby shops, but it wasn't too bad. You can get the orange line metro pretty easily but there is a little hill that you have to walk up when you return, just FYI. Food options in the hotel were meh and the other resteraunt there was good but pricey.

we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village.
