More decorative features than useable features. The TV looks good but not useable, because the you can’t watch it due to low definition quality. There’s a huge comfortable bed in the middle, but there’s nowhere you can hang your clothing, and there’s no table or counter areas you can put your items. There’re two pajamas hanging there we never need but taking spaces. There’s only one chair but a wobbling one… One good thing is that they have a Benz suv to pick up you from airport.

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont - it was a great location to explore and made for a very comfy stay. We enjoyed the extra facilities such as the gym and sauna, although the gym air con needed to be cooler!! There were also a few small details we thought could have been better considering the brand and they would be easy fixes. When we arrived one of the rooms had handprints all of the mirror from the previous guests which had been missed in cleaning. The free water carafe in the room was replaced sometimes but not others, and this was necessary considering the cold tap didn’t get that cold and you couldn’t fit water bottles under the tap. And the coffee facilities in the room weren’t fully restocked every day either. Having said this, obviously having these details in the first place was great, and all staff were extremely efficient and helpful when we did mention any of these things and were on hand to sort it out rapidly. A mention for the very kind staff member who handed our daughter a bottle of water as she came in from a run one morning! Overall, a great stay and probably an accurate 4 star experience.
