I booked 2 rooms in our reservation, one for myself and one for my parents. During check in, the line was long and slow (waited about 45mins). The reception was understaffed. When I finally made it to the reception, the receptionist told me that only rooms with two double beds were available and in two separate towers. If I wanted one big bed and the two rooms to be in the same tower, I had to upgrade my room to a suite. I asked for my parents' room to be upgraded so that they could sleep in the same bed but the receptionist said that she couldn't just upgrade one room and that both rooms had to be upgraded for the additional rate of $350. She did not mention that it was per room and per night until I asked her. She had bad attitude and was annoyed at the question. We upgraded both rooms to suites and the hotel couldn't even provide us with some toothpaste and insisted we buy it at the overpriced convenience stores downstair. The bathtub and bidet were not clean, there were left over hair from the previous guests. The bedsheet in my room had a brown stain. The location was convenient to reach all the hot spots in Las Vegas. Will never stay at this hotel again when in Las Vegas, even if the rooms were free.

The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.
