We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise.
However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us.
The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water.
10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience.
