Close to shops and restaurants. Car park was limited and had some very tight spaces.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Nice hotel; would’ve given 5 stars, but didn’t have a great experience with the hotel staff. Asked about getting in 10 minutes before the official breakfast opening, due to an early tour departure. Was told that it wasn’t possible, which we understood. But as the doors opened for breakfast that morning and we rushed in to grab a few items to take along for breakfast, we happened upon another couple, who was leisurely finishing up their breakfast. I mentioned this issue to the night manager that evening, who told me he would look into how that had happened. We never received an explanation. We understand the need for hotel policies, but if you’re going to have them, at least enforce them consistently.

Room was fairly clean on arrival but could do with a more indepth clean. Staff were very good and checkin and checkout was smooth. Hotel had 1 of of 3 elevator out of service. During our stay another customer was stuck inside the elevator in the evening. Bathroom vanity had damage and needed replacing.

Excellent and easy to use!

Nice free VIP upgrades. The free fruit was delicious and hit the spot.

The property is clean and staff are very friendly!

Best location for an early morning flight the next morning, across the street from the International Terminal at SYD. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good.
