Wonderful hotel just off Bryant Park. Walking distance to Broadway and Central Park. Rooms for very cozy and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was good. We’ll stay here again… just double check size of bed when you book, it could be smaller than you think?

- Hefty resort fee in addition to what we paid on Expedia. It was disclosed ahead of time but still sticks in my craw.
- The hot water in the morning was tepid at times (got the "Shelburne Shrug" when I complained at checkout).
- The elevators are very slow, but when they arrive, the doors close way too fast. I saw one poor man in a walker get bumped because he wasn't quite fast enough.
- The rooftop bar has great views but slow service.
Overall, OK but overpriced.
