From our check-in and interactions with the staff and requests during our stay, everything was great. Location was convenient and near our events. Bonus to stqying at Naumi is the Strawberry Field within walking distance. A must try! Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel right in the center of the CBD. The staff are attentive, friendly and customer oriented. The location is within walking distance of the wharf, shopping and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a real treat as well as well as the comfortable beds and views from the rooms. We would highly recommend a stay.

Rooms/furniture were in poor condition. Booked a superior room but was only one floor up and on the road front so very noisy with guests arriving and departing all hours.
