Kanto Region All inclusive Holidays

Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.

Nice room but not as lux as you'd expect in a 5*. The staff was easily overwhelmed with the smallest request.

お部屋も、サービスも、スタッフの方々も、温泉もとても素晴らしく、5スター以上です。 特に各階の部屋数は少ないことからラウンジや廊下で他の方と会うことがほとんどなくプライベート感があり静かで本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。 1つだけ残念な事は朝食です。 食器や素材にこだわっている事はわかりましたが、鮭は冷たく硬くなっていたり、その他の副菜も加もなく不可もなくと言うところで他の同レベルのホテル朝食と比べると、選択肢がなく、そして美味しいと思えるものがあまりありませんでした。 値段以下、期待以下です。 そして連泊した場合も同様の朝食になることがとっても残念でした。 もう少し、各個人の趣向に合うよう、アラカルトでオーダーできるシステム等を取っていただかないと、また泊まりたいとは思えませんでした。
