Tokyo Prefecture All inclusive Holidays

Staff were friendly & the room was clean, tidy, and neat. The amenities around the area is great. The room we stayed at were enough room for a family of five. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was very large and had washer dryer. Very clean and safe. Staff was very nice and attentive

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us send our luggage to our next hotel—they even accompanied us to the convenience store to get everything sorted. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with nice restaurants within walking distance and easy train access to more central areas. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay

The staff were outstanding. Very attentive, spoke English enough to get us through the process. Handled our every need. The room had a small common area where we could sit and recover in glorious air conditioning. It was September so very humid and warm for us outside. Beds were incredibly cozy. Zero noise outside. Couldn’t hear other guests at all. Two big screen HDTVs. Great shower pressure.

The property was very presentable , rooms were clean and well appointed the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Where the hotel was situated you had to walk to trains taxi/or uber. The park around the property was very serene and nice to walk around. The hotel could use a good morning coffee shop that could provide a full range of coffee choices. The rooftop bar was closed for renovation so that was a negative. The proximity to Tokyo tower was a positive.

Staff was extremely friends and helpful. Also, the garden was beautiful.

First class 5 Star hotel, magnificent staff and great access to subway metro trains and connections. Fabulous breakfast, rooms very generous in size and excellent all round facilities. Concierge staff very helpful, breakfast staff superb!
