We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river.
The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person.
All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are very professional, and they make sure to make you feel very welcome with very nice little touches. If you want to splurge a bit on a stay in Paris, you won’t be dissapointed.

Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel.
