It is connected to JR Nanba station and Osaka CAT bus terminal through under pass and arcade. Located within walking distance from many shopping attractions in Nanba area. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you out whenever needed. They put us on 30th floor that commands a great view of Osaka (Lobby is on 22nd floor so that you have to change a elevator on 22nd whenever you come and go, which we find it a little bit bothering-mendoksai). Our plan has a breakfast included, and we enjoyed very much. The breakfast is excellent and has all Japanese and western style foods and deserts ready. The breakfast place is on 22nd floor that you can enjoy almost surround view of Osaka Nanba area. The hotel has a few restaurants on property, French and Japanese, but they were closed when we are staying except for French one that you have to reserve a table in advance (we failed to do). But there are many dining places in the area so that it shouldn't be an issue to many visitors unless you want to have a special anniversary dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was our case. The hotel does not have any bar where we can have a cocktail or drink while enjoying the view of the city, which we found one big catch. Other than that the stay was great.

Great pretty for a family to stay in. The lift taking you to each level of the house was excellent! Loved staying here!

Great sized room. Above average for space. Well located near train station and other amenities. Run clean and tidy and washing machine/ dryer was an added bonus

The hotel is huge. Rooms are big too. Breakfast include both Japanese and western style, but same food every day. Two things I am not satisfied: the hotel will take charge for using its gym. I requested one hour late checkout at 1pm, they charge me for more than 4000yen..Ridiculous!

Overall pretty good, its high level, lots of staff, maybee too many. Sometimes feels like your being watched too often. Overall good, plenty of breakfast options, dont like seats been chosen for us, but its normal in Japan so no main issues. Some ammenities still require further fees and extra taxes once at the motel is not good.

Great location with access to many venues. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and the restaurants/bars on the 32 floor had great views/atmosphere.

Everything was perfect

Excelente ubicación para ir a USJ, limpia, habitación amplia, elevadores suficientes. Hay lavandería, area de fumar y vending machines. Las amenidades estan en la recepción, que se encuentra en el 2F. Personal eficiente, no muy amigable, esta fue mi segunda visita y me paso lo mismo. Volví por la ubicación e instalaciones. Hay un Lawson 24hrs en el hotel, muy conveniente.
