Although it is stated as a non-smoking hotel, you can smell smoke almost everywhere, such as in the lobby, elevator, back door, hallway and even in the shower in the room. The front desk can’t do anything except apologize.

This was a pleasant stay in Tianjin, very convenient and close to subway, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff and service was superb. Cleaning crew were very friendly and attentive. If we had an issue, it was dealt with immediately. We stayed for 9 nights. Very nice hotel, 10/10, would stay here again.
