Clean rooms, great location and friendly staff :)

Our overall experience was ok. The hotel seemed understaffed at breakfast although the girl who showed us to our table every morning was lovely and was working very hard as well as the man trying to refill breakfast items as quickly as he could. You need to wait to be seated for breakfast which could be up to 15 (our experience) minutes as the breakfast hall is small for the number of guests. The breakfast was ok, our room was small especially the bathroom. Two lifts for the amount of guests didn’t seem enough and you have to wait some time for it. Location wise it is good. Close to shops, station and the Peqce memorial park. It is fine for a brief stay but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a long trip.

An older hotel but well maintained. We had a room on the 15 floor which had an amazing view. The hotel was attached via the basement floor to a car park and shopping centre. The shopping centre has a supermarket, McDonald's, a cafe and some restaurants and small shops.

Excellent staff very clean

Room is in need of a deep clean; visible dust on headboards and lamp shades. No natural light due to window facing directly onto a building, so felt claustrophobic. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly.
