The room is very darķ given there is only one window in the toilet that you cannot open the curtain . The Staff are all very nice and helpful

The highlight of our day was the exceptional service from staff. When we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with a hot cup of tea which was perfect on a cold Taipei day. The room was cozy and had a very large bed. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk from the airport MRT station. And there are two convenience stores downstairs from the hotel. The hotel only has three elevators which meant during peak hours we had to wait a long time for an elevator.

Make sure the property style is to your taste. Great staff, a Luxury feel but it is themed with dark lighting and in my case a weird Rom configuration with an open circular bathtub and sink shared with the desk. A bit strange, but high quality.

Do not provide tooth and paste, even request. Who would bring those amenity while staying at a first class hotel.

It was all right. Convenient location.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was advertised properly. The room was quite big, comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties and I love the congee with the accompaniments! The gym was very small with minimal equipment but was expected and enough for a quick workout. I will come back again!
